Payment:
If you order with a purchase order, our invoice must be paid within 14 days. In all other cases prepayment is required.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or by credit card (please note that a credit card fee of 4% is added). We send the invoice as a PDF file in both cases. 

We do not require your credit card number. The invoice and a link to a secured payment window will be sent via an automatic e-mail from our system.

International shipments:
We are required to declare the actual value of our products in the customs documentation. Please note that a customs fee is often payable on shipments outside the EU, and this will be collected directly by the courier. 

Pigment standards are shipped in dry ice, which will slowly evaporate, making timely delivery important. Please respond promptly if you receive a message from the courier handling your shipment.
