Correct handling of samples during filtering, storage, and shipment is critical to ensure the highest quality and reliability of pigment analysis results. We would therefore like to draw our clients’ attention to several important points when preparing samples for analysis at the DHI Pigment Analysis Laboratory.
For full details, please follow our filtering and shipping procedures or contact the Pigment Analysis Laboratory for guidance.
We are pleased to present a new request form that makes it easier and faster for our customers to obtain quotes for pigment standards.
With this new form, you can quickly submit your inquiry by email and receive a customized quote.
We have developed a new pigment mixture, PPS-MIX-3, which contains fewer pigments distributed across the chromatogram. It is particularly useful for simpler analyses where it is not necessary to quantify all pigments present in aquatic samples.
The DHI mixed pigments can be used for controlling how well your HPLC elutes and separates the pigments, and repeated injections can be used to check the method precision and accuracy as part of the method validation.
What started in August 1995 with just a handful of pigment standards has grown into a global success story. Today, DHI Lab Products proudly offers 45+ pigment standards and support laboratories and research institutions worldwide in advancing phytoplankton monitoring and aquatic science.
Our pigment standards are essential for calibrating HPLCs used to monitor phytoplankton communities, ensuring reliable data that supports the protection of aquatic environments across the globe.
We’re happy to announce that Uriolide has been added to our pigment standard portfolio as a ready-to-use calibration standard.
